Steve overcame many obstacles in his 62 years, yet he remained the caring, kind and funny friend that we knew and loved. He was a decent and thoughtful human being. Born in Toronto, he moved to Vancouver with his family in his teens and was a proud Canadian. He loved travelling and visited Europe and Australia several times. He was devoted to his mother Dianne.
