James Buchanan Jack
After his official memorial in August 2022, James's daughter Lyndsey, shared half of his ashes with me, which I have guarded now for almost a year. It was time now to send James back to his homeland of Scotland.
On Monday June 19th, 2023 ~9 years from our first date ~my son Peter and I placed James' ~Journey Earthurn ~on the water in the Fraser River in Derby Reach Regional Park in Langley BC.
James lived the later part of his life in this general area and it holds many pleasant memories for us both.
Symbolically we sent him home via the waterways in the Ocean to Alloa, Scotland .
Til we meet again James ~thank you for a beautiful journey ~ox ~Louisa

James and I met later in Life in the Swiss Alps In 2014 while on holiday. We shared 8 wonderful years of travel, golfing, theatre and love for our families. To our delight, we experienced an amazing story of shared happiness and love.
James died suddenly after a great game of golf we had together. We had much more to experience, but I want to think he died a happy man ~just too soon!
