On Saturday 11th July 2026, we travelled as a family to Anglesey. A place that holds many happy memories for us with Dad, the host to our last big family holidays with the grandchildren and our holiday destination as children ourselves. With a toast from Steve, helping us all through the emotional last goodbye, we set Dad sail in the Menai strait, out by Penmon lighthouse, for his final journey to wherever the currents take him, with a lot of love and a lot of tears.
