Val was brought up in lympstone by her gran and grandad. Val thought that they were her mum and dad. It wasn’t until she was starting school that they explained to Val who they really were. Right up until her death Val still called them mum and dad. Val passed away at home in Exmouth and said that she wanted her ashes scattered in Lympstone. Val was a loving wife to Derek, a mum, a gran, and a great gran, and always remembered as nanny. Val is now back home in Lympstone. ❤️❤️
