Sara Daniela Llano
On February 21st February 2023, upholding Sara's wishes, her family and friends organised a mass and a tribute to celebrate her life. During the event, her friends and her partner shared their unique view of Sara and some of her life journey with her. Some videos of her life were presented and can be seen at: https://youtu.be/aLJy18tqyhU , https://youtu.be/ahUuLYS_Mlo and https://youtu.be/dNTC2sPsvUU. After the tribute, her closest friends scattered Sara's ashes in her favourite place in Noosa Heads.
A Memorial Cruise was held on the Noosa River so we could scatter her ashes. Many stories were shared, and her favourite music played. Flowers tributes were tossed in the water, with colourful bubbles and one of her favourite songs, "Que bonita es esta vida" was played in the background.
Sara was a beautiful and talented designer who left her country Colombia at 17 to build a career and make a better life in Australia. In less than 15 years, she finished her studies, won several awards for her talents, founded her own business (Uactiv), made hundreds of friends, cared for her mother (Deisy), met true love (Oscar), travelled, danced and enjoyed life.
She left us on the 31st of Jan, 2023, being so young, at only 34 years old. But we will never forget her smile, joy, tenderness, free spirit, love for the sun, the beach, animals, and flowers and her overwhelming passion for design and Latin dancing.
