My dear husband Bob and I were high school sweethearts, and we celebrated 51 years together in June 2024. Unfortunately, by then, he was suffering greatly from the ravages of Lewy Body Dementia, and grieving the loss of our only son Travis. But oh my, the many wonderful adventures we shared through those years. Bob was a hard worker, a good and faithful Christ-follower, a kind and generous husband and dad and a great friend. He loved the ocean- whether wind-surfing, sailing, kayaking or body surfing. He enjoyed bridge walks and bike rides and stayed fit and active most of his life. He is dearly missed, but I know I will see him and our boy again one day!
