Robert Andrew Trelevan
We held a service with all his closest family in friends. We enjoyed memories by photos & through stories. He was a one of a kind man, there truly was no one like him, anyone who met him would say the same.
Robert’s favourite place on earth has always been Moreton Island. Many days spent over the years with family & friends camping and enjoying all that the island has to offer. He specifically loved Tangalooma though, as he has always loved dolphins (so much he is convinced that’s his next life). So it was only fitting that he was put to rest here 🩷
Robert was one of 6 kids of his parents. He was a brother to 3 sisters and 2 brothers. He was a father to 3 kids & a poppy to one grandson. Family was life to Rob & there was never a doubt about that from anyone who met him. He was full of life, he truly believed and lived by life being made for living and made the most of every moment. He loved theme parks and actually even bunjie jumped while going through treatment! He also loved the slower things in life though like camping, fishing, sitting by a crackling fire with a Bunderberg rum in hand and really anything that meant spending time with his family and friends.
3.5 years ago, Rob was diagnosed with terminal lung and brain cancer. He fought a long and hard battle, smashing every timeline out of the water over and over. He really gave cancer a run for its money. Unfortunately, at 56 years old, he lost his battle on 15th April 2025. Leaving behind many broken hearts of his family and friends, but also many full ones of memories and love. Of those who’s lives were better to have known him and have loved him, no matter how short of time life provided. 🩷
We love you forever 🩷
