Agustina Badillo-Serrano

In loving memory of Agustina Badillo who lived a long and happy life with her loved ones from June 12, 1929-July 7, 2024.
Agustina’s story:
A strong willed and minded woman; she moved from Puerto Rico to New York and with only 14 years old she started working to be able to lend a hand to her family in need. In New York she got married and had her daughter. Eventually she returned back to Puerto Rico where she spent most of her life and remarried and had her 2 sons. Agustina was survived by her daughter Evelyn and son Harry who deeply love her. At age of 90 years, she lived through the passing of her youngest son George (who rests in peace next to his beloved mother).
Agustina was family oriented and remembered as a very generous woman. She loved and always procured her family. She helped raised her grandson Christopher and granddaughter Danishka- who loves and misses her very dearly.
Agustina’s love, strength and energy is everlasting. Her spirit is with the ones who loved her every day, hidden, silent, but always close by.
