Gellone Elizabeth Gryder
Her sisters and mother set up a celebration of life in Warsaw, New York where the Gellone lived her formative years and until after College graduation, moved to Houston, Texas to pursue a career. The event was attended by between 50 and 60 friends and family. Many beautiful pictures were on tables, good food was served and many shared old stories about our dear Gellone.
Gellone will be remembered in several places. Some of her ashes were buried next to her father near Warsaw, New York. Her bio-tree was planted next to her father's headstone with permission from the cemetery. The rest of her ashes are with me, her husband, in our home in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.
Gellone was a beautiful, vibrant, smart wife, mother daughter and sister. She was a diligent worker always ready to help others where she could. She had a dynamic smile and a quick sometimes biting wit. She was taken too soon, but her health had failed to the point where she was suffering. As her husband, I loved her dearly and miss her terribly.
