Bells beach Clontarf, Clontarf, Queensland, 4019
We had a small amount of family around a pretty part of the beach that he loved so much at Clontarf. This was just down from where he and his wife were residing at the time. We were all due to arrive at about 4pm but it decided to storm so we all huddled at his little house for about half an hour for it to pass. It was funny because before the storm there were way to many people around to perform the scattering, but the storm moved everyone away from the beach and it was perfect with a beautiful sunset. Maybey it was him 😉🙃
CLONTARFBEACH
Geoff was born in Launceston Tasmania in 1943 and was one of 8 children to Peter Lewis and Josephine Frances Isobel EDMUNDS. There were 3 brothers, Peter, Tony and Robin and 4 sisters Patricia, Judy, Christine and Jan. He married the woman he loved and spent the rest of his life with, Gladys Nancy in1968 and then had 3 daughters together, janiene maree in 1970, Amanda Joy (Mandy) in 1972 and Julie Anne (Julz) in 1982. Geoff continued to live on within his 6 grandchildren, Jessica Joy 1994, Clinton Frank 1997, Jacob Leigh 2000, Ashley Anne (Jack Bailey)2004, Shaun James 2005 and Talia Anne 2009 and then by his great grandchildren piper, Luna and Syles.
He lived all around the
Coast with alot of time spent in Tasmania then Rockhampton but he finally resided in the beautiful Redcliffe peninsula where he has ultimately been monogrammed.
