How does the Memorial Map work?
Once a Passages product or a standalone GEO code is purchased, you can visit the memorial map on Etern.life, drop a pin at the location where the remains were scattered or buried, and then build a memorial page with photos, stories, and dates for loved ones to view.

Can I create a memorial if the remains were scattered in the past?
Yes, you just need a GEO code, which you can purchase separately if you didn’t receive one with an urn. Once you have it, you can pin the location and build a memorial.

Can I edit an existing memorial after posting it?
Yes, simply log in to your account and update the memorial page to add memories or make changes as needed.

Is the GEO code or urn tracked in real time?
No. Etern.life's map is a static marking of the spot. There is no active tracking or GPS device embedded in the product to see the movement after it has been scattered or interred.
